Ours is a total truck concrete deck scale. was here long before me, I think most scales effectually hither are concrete.
I wish nosotros had a fourteen foot calibration, as would be nice to weigh the floaters and such. done it with boards and stuff but you don't want to exercise that very often.

Nosotros have been using 4 office tickets, but are going to switch to 3 part considering the 4th one is and so hard to get to print a readable copy. You lot can become to virtually any printing store and they can make upward tickets for y'all with your name on them and what ever other info you want.
Pay attention to what type of printer they are quoting. When we bought ours there was a lot of difference in the toll of a printer that used continuous tickets vs i that you could just slide the ticket in and stamp it. We went with the continuous ticket printer, but then had to plan information technology to exercise 1 at a fourth dimension because the key pad was too complicated for my Dad to go used to because you lot had to shop the first weight and and so load or unload and become back and bring that weight up again when y'all were washed. Now we've got it so you just stick the ticket in and hit print each time.
If y'all expect at a Weigh Tronix Bridgemont calibration literature and they all the same have a pic of a blueish KW on the scale, that's our truck, just not our scale. The motion picture was taken at a local lift one morning. We went with a Toledo because they had a improve bid for what we wanted. Local dealer back up was besides from a very skilful company that had dropped everything to assistance united states out on a weighwagon a couple times. Figured if they did that when they didn't sell information technology or know united states so they were pretty expert for service.

Seems the physical deck at the new scale here is working neat, and information technology still looks good. Seems like the steel decks always start to get dished out, rusty. Non to mention they are very slick with a footling frost on them. Or oil from trucks leaking.
All the scales I utilise are a four copy, but except for one that has a new (very dainty) printer, you can hardly read the 3rd, permit alone fourth tag. The new printer here at Evergreen is even solid, not a dot printer. Makes them MUCH easier to read and information technology will re-create 4 tags.

Some of the steel deck scales I have looked at would be very prone to cupping since virtually of the braces are beyond the deck similar a truck bed. The better quality scales take the I beams running length wise where the trucks drive. The only down side I tin can encounter to the physical deck is the weight if you e'er desire to move or sell the scale. On the upwardly side I have had several dealers tell me that the physical weight volition assistance stabilize the scales if a truck comes on besides fast.
I remember you lot take a proficient betoken about the frost on a steel prepare too where the concrete would not be every bit slick.
On the tickets, if I stay with the 4 copy I volition get the type with a carbon between each and so all copies are easy to read.
